Happy Zombie-Jesus-Day/Celebrate-Fertility-Day/Another-Commercialized-Day!
Ohhh, you have to love commercialism because only they are capable of combining two religions that absolutely hate each other.
Today is also backwards day.
Wicca/Paganism = Christianity.
Zombie Jesus = An Egg Laying Rabbit.
Death = Life.
Whoever was smoking crack while deciding this needs to share.
Seriously.
Christianity: Everyone knows the story no matter what religion you are -- supposedly, Jesus died for the sins of humanity & three days later rose from the dead [hence: Zombie-Jesus Day] & all the christians & most of the world celebrate it.
But instead of just having one religious holiday, they have two!
How do the rabbit & the eggs come into play?
Wicca/Paganism: The spring equinox signifies time for birth/rebirth/renewal.
What better representations than rabbits & eggs? [Rabbits fuck & reproduce like crazy, & eggs are the sign of little cute asshole birds]
So let's combine the two religious concepts into one big one [even though so many people treat Wicca/paganism as though it were evil & so many people dislike Christianity for many reasons] it's a way to bring everyone together!
