back of the envelope icons

There are some amazing icon makers out there, such as frakkingcylon, embargo, citadel_icons, spock, buckybear, to name a few (there are so many more I use on a regular basis). My goals are limited: to icon faces not represented well elsewhere.

To make a request:

001. Please check Wikicon and Hollow Art for the person you are interested in. If there are fewer than 100 icons, continue.
002. Please request individuals within one source at a time (such as: Chris Noth & Jerry Orbach from Law and Order).
003. Provide images/screencaps if you have them. If you do not have them, specify any preferences for source. Requests without source images may or may not be fulfilled.
