"Very much so," Charlotte agreed, looking out at the people she'd invited to the funeral. Tracey had been correct in that Charlotte had invited many people who didn't actually care much about their mother aside from what she represented, but since the people who did actually care were either under careful watch, imprisoned, or have fled the country, it wouldn't have been much of a funeral. Besides, inviting members of the Ministry added legitimacy to the whole affair. It was something that Tracey had never understood, and Charlotte was too tired of their confrontations to make the attempt anymore.
She slid a sidelong look at Theodore. "Even if she were to seek out support, I doubt she'd find...appropriate people for it. She needs friends like you."
