Seth gave her an innocent look, which he perfected to a crystal shine, "Not even a little bit?" He held up his hand, index finger and (one ringed) thumb closer together, "A smidge." It was truly evil of him, but Seth could not help but feel oddly delighted at the fact that Daphne was still single. Not that because she did not deserve to be loved and cherished, because she totally does. Just not by men who are not Seth. Not that he thought he was anywhere good enough for her, but it felt like needles to imagine Daphne with anybody else.
Seth knew that he was not fooling himself when he said that he bore no residual feelings for Daphne, not by a long-shot, because he totally did. Looking back on it now, marrying his wife was pretty much the biggest regret of his life, that leaving the one chance to be happy with Daphne behind him. "What? A good looking girl like you? Dateless?" Seth grinned, "Well, since I'm dateless as well, I don't see why we can't be each other's dates. Hn?"
