"Oi, I help out too sometimes!" Padma feigned an affronted look, a pout settling on her lips before it slid off her features into a chuckle. Well, all right, she didn't help with all the little details but when Parvati was working on the plans during the night (when the wedding planners and countless of other family members weren't helping out), it was Padma who pitched in to help give some final words on what she thought of a certain place setting or if that fabric would really work for the bridesmaid dresses.
Oh yes, had Padma needed to do this all on her own, she'd have already given up and run away with her groom to elope.
"I suppose, when-" Padma started, adding silently to herself Or if, "-I get married, you'll have to do the planning. And studying for exams look like a piece of cake when I see the load you have to go through each day." She paused and sighed. "They still haven't made up?" She rolled her eyes. "Gracious, well, it's fixable, the seating chart yeah?"
Stretching herself out a bit more, Padma rested her chin upon her folded arms. "Well, I figured, since the deadline's in about three months, we should really look into getting our applications in for St. Mungos, so we can start Healer's training come September, yeah?" There wasn't a doubt in her mind that Parvati would agree with her.
