Eyeing him, her lips pushed out, "You better not be thinking that the candy could make someone stupid or something, George Weasley. I'd get you and your little puffskeins too." To prove her point she pointed her wand with great precision at a pile of what seemed to be dirty socks, turning it into a pink vase.
"What?" Parvati asked innocently, "I'm just protective. No girl is good enough for you, Georgie."
As George looked with such tender care at her bruise on her arm, Parvati's eyes became large. In fact, the bruise was from...well....the little adventure she had had with Draco in his office a few days prior. It had been a little rough since his desk was fairly hard with a bunch of thick corners, and Parvati had very delicate skin. She flushed at the thought.
And so, embarrassed by the truth - as Parvati was still as shy as the virgin bride she had been, she didn't think what it would sound like as she pulled her arm back toward herself, jittering out, "Oh, it's nothing. I fell or something."
