Who:  Remy LeBeau & Jenny Schecter
What:  Remy finally tracks down Jenny.
Where:  In the Theater - Jenny's room.
When:  Day 17, 6:28am
Rating:  PG
Status:  Complete

In her room. Of course. Where else would someone be at o'dark thirty? Okay, it wasn't that dark, the sun was starting to rise.. and Remy was antsy. He'd had a particularly fantastic day yesterday, especially last evening as the sun had been setting. So he was, of course, in a particularly good mood. And though he and Jenny had been avoiding one another, he had finally decided he was going to go over there and find out exactly what was going on, and exactly why she was upset. Because really? The Cajun had no idea, he was genuinely confused.. he'd never understood women. No man really did. Even the gay ones who claimed to.

So he'd finished making his way from his barn to her theater, up the steps, down the row, down the steps, through the hall, and to the indicated door. A gloved hand rapped a few times on the wooden obstruction, before he was nudging it open with a hip and sticking just one hand through, a twinkie trapped between his fingers. His last one. He couldn'f find any flowers, so the small sugar-packed snack would have to do. Only after the twinkie had been sighted would the Cajun nudge the door open further and stick his head in with a smile. "You decen'?" Even if she wasn't, he was pushing the door open and coming inside, then leaning back against it to close it behind him.

It did seem like she was lying, and Remy well knew dismissals when he heard them, so he was spreading his hands out, leather stretching as his fingers extended in a 'well, there you have it' sort of motion, before he was bending and sweeping up the other tiara off the ground, and he set it carefully atop his head with a smile.

"Oui. Will keep m' wor'." He promised in that drawling tone, though really, could you trust the word of a liar? No, not really. You were walking on thin ice when you dealt with the thief, you'd always known that. But there were good parts to him, though it was obvious that he liked to keep those hidden away as deeply as he could, so others wouldn't see them and think he was a better person than he really was -- he liked being the guy that no one expected much from. He liked being the fool and the slacker. It made his life easy for many different reasons.

"Guess I ge' goin' 'den, chere." Because with that percieved dismissal, along with her drink from that bottle, Remy knew it was probably time that he get going. This wasn't going to end well, for either of them, if it kept going the way it was.
