Experiment Part 2: Captain James T. Kirk and Ramirez
Who: Captain James T. Kirk and Ramirez
What: Enjoying the quiet time
Where: An undisclosed location
When: 10:52 AM, Day 15
Rating: We're going to go R for graphic scenery

Status: Active

Hello you two! Welcome to your newest experiment. You did so well in the last one that we just had to give you another chance to do well. Well, Mr. Ramirez, while we're sure you thought your time under the surgeon's knife was over; well, it's not! And Captain, we thought you might enjoy seeing another physician at work since you just watched your Ship's Surgeon loose his head -- literally!

So, this room, just for the two of you is special. Our boys here will wake up quite securely tied to separate metal exam tables. They will be restrained at the shoulder, the waist, each wrist, and the ankle. The restraints will be tight and they will not be comfortable. There will be a surgical light above each of our boys which knocks out any chance at seeing anything directly above them. Each of you are safe to look left and right though, give each other longing glances.

So, for now, revel in the quiet. If you do try and speak you'll find that your lips and tongue just don't want to listen to you. If we wanted you talking we'd tell you what to say, boys. Besides, you both could use a little time out.

So, lie back and enjoy the quiet. OK?

Ramirez blinked at the blinding light, now finding himself in a new predicament. Fantastic. He looked around, trying to see who was there and moving but finding himself restrained. Off to the side he could see some man in odd clothing, similar to the doctor he met when he first arrived here in this strange world.

The man was in the same bad situation as he. Well, at least this one hadn't taken his kidney like the previous bufoon. The admiral attempted to speak, but found his words just not coming out. Not a sound. He tried over and over and over again and nothing. This was deeply frustering. Giving up after several attempts, he struggled heavily with the bindings on his wrists and ankles. To no end, they continued to hold him down. Beautiful. Fantastic. Looking back to the other man, he gave him a confused look, almost like asking whats going on.

However, Ramirez didn't actually think the man would be able to answer. If he was able to even voice a word, he probably wouldn't know what was going on any further than Ramirez. And so he laid there, looking around and waiting to see what would happen next.

Before he opened his eyes, he could feel the restraints around his body like someone was holding him in an impossibly tight and uncomfortable bear hug. Either that or he was being held down to something hard like some sort of prisoner. Jim's hazy mind decided that probability pointed to option two and he slowly opened his eyes despite the bright lights burning his eyelids. He felt like Admiral Pike must have felt like, strapped to a table when he was being held hostage by Nero and Jim got a sinking feeling in his chest.

Great. This was fucking great. He struggled momentarily against the restraints and only stopped after a few minutes. The binds were much too strong, and he figured he had other uses for his energy than fighting a losing battle.

Shit. That didn't sound like him.

He cursed in his head and was about to voice his complaints when he realized he was mute. Jim blinked, baffled. Why wasn't his voice working? His mouth was moving and his throat felt fine but.. he couldn't speak. He couldn't help the desperation and struggled again, turning his head away from the lights to see a man beside him, in the same situation. He didn't recognize him. That was probably for the better, he mused sardonically. He saw the look he was giving him and only returned the confused gaze without words to say.

Ramirez looked at him getting confused and trying to talk and struggle. It was no good. Turning his head away, he looked dead ahead at the cieling. This man was useless, good for nothing. Ramirez closed his eyes, hoping this ridiculousness would be over soon. He needed to desperately search out the ridiculous fools behind this and behead them. The silver-haired admiral would have his revenge on these people. He was sure they thought it was just SO funny right now, but he'll make them beg for mercy by the end of it.

Eventually, he opened his eyes again and looked over at the other man. Struggling again a bit to see if he could free himself. It didn't work, neither did talking. There wasn't much sense in wasting time with this as it wasn't gonna work and it would just waste energy. Patiently, Ramirez waited for something to happen.
