Laurie rubbed her temples with her gloved hands. She finally got around to finding some normal clothes in the thirft store but she still preferred to wear her Watchmen's outfit when going on rounds for the Night Watch.

She was heading back to her makeshift home in the gym when she saw a familiar tall figure standing in the distance. They may have had a disagreement over the journals concerning Rorschach but she decided to push it aside for the moment. Partially because she she needed to get back to the gym to sleep for a couple of hours and also because she still had to work with the guy.

So rather than taking a loop around to avoid him she continued walking straight. "Hey." she said when she was within hearing distance.
