Shannon rolled her eyes playfully and elbowed Dean in the side; the grin on his face was so clear in his voice that she didn't even need to look up to picture it in her mind's eye. "Smart ass," she replied. When she'd looked up and he looked away, she followed his line of sight. Guess they were going to have company... It was only a little confusing when Dean stopped walking. Shannon stopped, too.
"You're so totally pretty, Dean," she laughed, crinkling her nose. The person outside the gym headed inside and Shannon looked to Dean again, wondering whether he was still going to want to go inside now that someone else was there or if he would want to change course. She'd follow his lead, whichever he wanted to do. So long as he stayed with her and didn't take her back to the museum with Sam, she'd be fine.
