Who: Tonks and Andy
What: More exploring and meetings!
When: Day 7, morning
Where: The Church
Rating: TBA
Status: Active

Tonks had, the day before, made sure that Edward would be okay. He was a really nice bloke, and an innocent to boot. So the twenty-three year old took on a little bit of a protective streak for him. And she wanted to help, hence wriggling about in tunnels with Logan. Today was the same, at least mama-henning wise. After making sure that things were okay, she was off to explore again.

It looked like it would snow more as the hours went on. But pink hair wasn't terribly difficult to see in the white. It was like a beacon, she figured. Hands deep within her pockets, the witch was hoping to find the thrift store for a pair of gloves. But what she ended up getting ready to pass looked like..a church? Well, that was interesting. Turning that way, she ducked her head against a gust of wind, and trekked along a path. "Olly, olly, oxen free?" Called out, though Tonks felt a little silly.

Was there even going to be anyone around? Likely not. Right? Hand wriggled out of her pocket, ruffling through her hair, before being shoved back in again. "Cripes. Why did I get pulled in the middle of winter?"

"Ooohhh, okay," Andy laughed, recognizing it once she'd said 'idjit.' "Well that's good to know, so long as it's not, you know, calling me a fuckin' asshole or something," he joked. And then 'git' was filed away into Andy's memory so that he'd remember what it meant if he ever heard it again.

He smirked and winked again as Tonks returned the high-five and joked back at him. "Hope so," he replied. "Good to meet you too, Tonks, and hey..." he said, shifting himself slightly on the crutches again. "When the snow isn't so bad and you wanna go out to do that string thing on the trees, gimme a shout, okay? I've been feeling pretty damn useless the past week, so...it'd be nice to get out and do something so I'm not just dead weight on everybody's shoulders, you know?" he asked, his tone and expression more serious.

"If I wanted to call you that, I'd call you that!" She grinned. Tonks was about to turn and start heading her way back when Andy spoke up again. Moving enough so that she could see him, the woman lifted her eyebrows.

"Don't be daft. You're not dead weight, lambie. You're hurt. There's a difference." She reminded him easily. But then she was nodding. "It gets warmer and we'll find some string to go tyin' ribbons around old oak trees." Or however that song went.
