Who: Tonks and Andy
What: More exploring and meetings!
When: Day 7, morning
Where: The Church
Rating: TBA
Status: Active

Tonks had, the day before, made sure that Edward would be okay. He was a really nice bloke, and an innocent to boot. So the twenty-three year old took on a little bit of a protective streak for him. And she wanted to help, hence wriggling about in tunnels with Logan. Today was the same, at least mama-henning wise. After making sure that things were okay, she was off to explore again.

It looked like it would snow more as the hours went on. But pink hair wasn't terribly difficult to see in the white. It was like a beacon, she figured. Hands deep within her pockets, the witch was hoping to find the thrift store for a pair of gloves. But what she ended up getting ready to pass looked like..a church? Well, that was interesting. Turning that way, she ducked her head against a gust of wind, and trekked along a path. "Olly, olly, oxen free?" Called out, though Tonks felt a little silly.

Was there even going to be anyone around? Likely not. Right? Hand wriggled out of her pocket, ruffling through her hair, before being shoved back in again. "Cripes. Why did I get pulled in the middle of winter?"

Andy laughed when the woman responded appropriately. Nice; at least ol' girl had a sense of humor still, whoever she was. "Not too bad, all things considered, how about you?" he asked in response. As she got closer, she came more clearly into view through the snowfall and he smiled. She was cute as a button and she looked about his age; maybe younger.

"Your hair is fucking awesome, I thought I should say," he blurted out. It was true; he always thought it was pretty sweet when chicks dyed their hair colors like pink and blue and purple and shit. They were the kinds of girls who didn't think he was a creeper for inviting them into the back of his van for a bong load or two and some Taco Bell. They were the kind of girls that knew that was literally all he wanted out of their company.

"Tonks, oh hey, yeah I think I talked to you in the journals yesterday," he replied. "I'm Andy. And yeah don't worry about it, it's too damn cold if you don't have gloves or anything and I'd shake your hand, too, if I had any desire whatsoever to end up on my ass in the snow," he joked. "I feel like Bambi learning to walk again," he added with a roll of his eyes.

"Ditto. Though it'd be nice to be more properly equipped with snow gear. Maybe a sled or something." She liked taking delights in small things during stressful times. This was no different. So while Tonks didn't forget the cause, or what the mission was, she also was usually on the hunt for something to entertain herself and others with.

The compliment to her hair garnered a big-ass smile. "Thanks! Pink's one of my favourites to go for." A nod of her head at having spoken with him in the journal, then the smile grew more broad at recognition of the name. "It's nice to have a face to put to the name, then." Then he called himself Bambi, which she didn't quite recognise. Though she had seen some Disney movies, that one wasn't one of them.

"My cousin hobbled round on a pair of those before. They were ace to do races on!" She laughed and shook her head a bit. "Did you need something? Mite dangerous to be hobbling in this weather."
