Who: The Doctors (Nine and Ten), Jack Harkness, Ianto Jones, Selene, Rose Tyler, and Sarah Jane.
What: The meeting at noon, they're ready to make an escape.
Where: The Library.
When: Day 26, 12:00PM.
Rating: PG-13
Status: Active [No Posting Order]

It was noon.  The Doctor was already waiting on the steps of the library. He couldn't have told anyone over the journals what this little meeting was to entail, but they'd surely be excited when they found out. They were getting out of here. Today. They couldn't lose. With those two brilliant minds, and three brilliant pieces of equipment? They'd be out of here in short work.

So he hoped.

Seven people-- he was waiting for six more, and looking up towards the sky, hoping that the management wouldn't notice the influx of people going to the library. What was he thinking? Of course they'd notice.. unless they'd had some sort of big distraction. Why hadn't he thought of that? And just as he was thinking it, there was a loud explosion from the NorthEast of them. His head turned that way, but it was impossible to see anything. It sounded like it might have been coming from the church of thereabouts.. but when no one came screaming down the lane leading away from the church, the Doctor went back to looking around. Another explosion followed shortly after. No screaming. Someone was having a little too much fun over there, and Nine was slowly standing up, curiosity touching his face. Where had someone managed to get their hands on gunpowder, and why wasn't it being used on the glass wall?

The vampire didn't like the sound of a meeting. Not at all. Not when she didn't know how many others there were going to be and what they were and what their intent was. Just because she was confident in her abilities didn't mean she wanted to go into a situation not knowing all the facts.

But. The inked marks didn't set well with her and if there was a chance possible meanings were going to be discussed, then she supposed she could come by. It wasn't like she had much better to do. Other than trying to find a fresh blood source and figure out where she was going to contain a young werewolf for twelve hours or so. Minor issues, really.

Selene approached the library from the direction of the church, footfalls quieter than boots should be on pavement. She too had been curious about the noise, or rather, the smell of something burning. And just maybe she had thought about seeing Gambit out to see how healthy he was. The vampire hadn't needed to come very close to see the young man doing something that looked a little like target practice, using his ability to set objects alight. That was all she needed to see before she was on her way. If the curiosity lingered she would simply ask Gambit about it later.

The sight of the Doctor both did and didn't put her at ease. That trust that had been established between them way back in that first experiment, their first taste of this place, still lingered but the vampire had realized that she really knew very little about the man. She didn't like that. And especially not when he kept inquiring about her need for blood. Yet he had asked her to show up and here she was. For now, anyway.

"You know, you didn't say what markings they stuck you with." she said to the Doctor on approach, hands in the pocket of her trenchcoat as she walked, mostly to help fight against the urge to itch where her skin was inked. Granted, she hadn't asked him, but still.
