Dora Tonks is ([info]polymorphic) wrote in [info]vas_captio_rpg,
Tonks wasn't trying to be particularly quiet and, if she was, it might have been difficult anyway. But at least she wasn't finding all of the roots of trees to trip up on! Just two. And a half. Because she caught herself on that last one. Either way, she paused just outside and was watching the scene that was unfolding before her.

"Are you making a washing board?" This was asked half in incredulity and half in admiration. It was almost silly to be washing clothes in such an environment. But at the same time, it was an ingenious plan. One way that the enemy got people down was to make them feel inhuman. Dehumanize a person and soon you break their spirit.

Nothing else was so humane as normal, everyday things. Like washing clothes. "That's brilliant!" Chirped from the witch, bopping over in near want to throw her arms around the Cajun in a hug. She managed to refrain though. At least for the moment. While she was closer, Tonks took a look at the whole setup. "You'll need a clothesline. Oo, I think I saw some pins at the chemist's.." She knew that some people would balk at the idea, but Tonks saw the beauty in it.

At least while they were there.
