Rey realised quickly as she walked she'd woken at the very fringes of the forest the At first it was difficult to focus - despite all her training, there were still moments her mind simply didn't want to focus, perhaps it was the fact she still felt a little dazed from her arrival. But as she walked her head cleared, and pushing out with the Force finally yielded something.
Force signatures. Recognisable ones at that, so she needed to keep on moving. She clipped the weapons to her belt and kept on moving with more direction through the forest and finding her way to a small settlement. The inhabitants seemingly unperturbed by her stumbling in, only told her she had arrived in Vallo - though Rey had hundreds of questions, she wasn’t truly interested in learning from them, she needed to go where the Force lead her. Town, the city was where most of the world's inhabitants lived, so she best head there. She was shown the quickest way - transport known as a waypoint, willing to put her trust in them at this moment to get to where she needed to be, and as promised. Suddenly she was in amongst the city, a towering building ahead of her. Walking out of it was exactly whom she had been certain she had sensed.
For a moment Rey stood still, before moving forward and wrapping her arms around the older woman in a familiar embrace. “Master-” Rey hadn’t known it was the last time she would see Leia when she had to leave. Tell me when you get back Leia had said. The thought of that alone brought from her throat as she showed no sign of letting go too soon. "If I’d known-" She cut that thought off. "I don’t understand why we’ve come here." She murmured, for all the strength she’d shown moments ago, the sight of Leia had so easily seen her crumble.
