Well, this is honestly not a post I ever imagined making but I did promise. Is there a Carlos here? Or an Evie, Mal or Jay?

I found a dog while on my walk. He says his name is Dude. I got plenty of sleep last night. I'm not hallucinating. The dog told me his name is Dude.

I kind of like the weird, usually.

I bet he is! I can understand animals but having them talk is a new one.

I like the nice weird. Back home, the weird was a bit more...Don't turn your back on it.

I guess he was accidentally spelled to make him talk. He's a funny little guy.

Mine too, though I'm not supposed to turn my back on anything here either. Have to keep the senses sharp.

Ahhhh, there we go. I bet he is! Animals are hilarious, one of my foxes has no chill.

I like being able to turn my back on it. I like the sort of weird that has animals telling jokes and less anything that happened back there.

How many animals do you have?

I'm sorry it was that bad. I'm glad this place could be good for you.

Seven at the moment, three of them are sticking with me for now, four that are going to be released after healing and socialization. Two foxes, one python, a weird squirrel, a baby manticore, and two birds - a kiwi and a falcon.

I feel the same way.

I run a wildlife sanctuary in the forest. It's... Okay it sounds weird when I write it out but: the body of a lion, the tail of a scorpion, wings and a sorta human face?? It acts like a lion cub with attitude. The squirrel just likes to hang upside down.

That must be a really rewarding job. It doesn't sound too weird. It sounds like a lot of animals in mythology. The squirrel sounds adorable.

It is, I love it. And yeah! My father's actually faced a full-grown one back home, but where he comes from and long before I was born.
