The Art of Expression seeks candidates for two positions:

Assistant to the Director
Responsibilities include keeping the director's calendar, taking messages as necessary, keeping the facilities' calendars, and maintaining the Art of Expression website. Organizational skills are vital; an interest in art is preferred but not required.

Assistant Director for Digital Art
Responsibilities include management of The Art of Expression's Vallo City location; developing and managing programs in photography, video, and digital art; coordination with the larger Art of Expression organization and with the community.

If either of these positions sound appealing, please reply so that we may discuss an interview.

I have several informal meetings with coven leadership scheduled for the coming weeks. My desire is to confirm that our recent troubles are the result of a small party of malcontents rather than a sign of more trials to come. Based on coven leaders' responses to my invitations to meet, I am hopeful for positive outcomes. I will, of course, report in again as these meetings are concluded.

	If I were frustrated, then it would not be with you but the circumstances that have led to the later hours, and so there would still be nothing to forgive. I would be happy to join you for tea. The level of antipathy is what I hope to determine. My hope is that our recent troubles are merely the work of a small group and not reflective of general sentiment. To assume that without taking the measure of coven leadership and their assessments of their people, however, would be irresponsible. Should fortune smile upon us, I will find that nothing has truly changed, and I will merely need to assure them that we hold no ill will against them for what an isolated group chose to do.

I do worry a little that those who'd been neutral towards the Outlanders previously might decide that, with out recent difficulties spilling out to the community as a whole, they may have taken a more cynical view of us, even if those difficulties may have been initially caused by a small minority if local Valloians.

But I hope you're correct and the majority do still feel well-disposed toward us. I do not envy your job, my love. I don't have the head for such diplomacy.

	I have worried along much the same line. I have thought frequently that it is less surprising to find ourselves the target of anger than it is that we were not the target of such much sooner. For now, however, I choose to remain optimistic. As for my work, I have been trained from birth for it. It would simply be easier if I still had a staff. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Optimism seems like the best course of action in this case, at home. If I were still at home, I'd be a little more cautious, but this world has proven itself to be a far more welcoming and accepting place than at home, and I hope, too, they'll be more reasonable about circumstances that have been beyond our control, too.

I would be happy to help with any administrative tasks at the Art of Expression until you can find a more suitable candidate, if it would offer some relief.
