Erica shrugged, not really thinking much about it. As far as she knew, he'd done what he could. He had been kind of a shit Alpha... but he'd been a kind of a shit Alpha who noticed that she could be more. He'd been a kind of a shit Alpha who'd released her from the chains of Epilepsy.
For that alone, Erica was more grateful than she could put into words.
Of course, as Stiles told her about Malia, she couldn't help the smirk that crossed her features. "You chained her up? God, Stiles, I didn't know you were so damn kinky. Might have tried a bit harder." Sure, she had an idea that there was no chance, but Erica was Erica. She enjoyed flirting as a sport. And if she made someone blush, all the better. After all, a good boost to someone's ego always made them feel better.
Tipping her head a little out the window, Erica closed her eyes and let the wind breeze across her face and through her hair. His words caught her by surprise, enough to have her turning to look at him, the emotion evident in her eyes.
It didn't take long for her to smile back, though. "Yeah, I'm glad you're here too, Stiles."
