"Two days ago," he repeated. So, she really hadn't been here all that long. He knew how it felt during the first few days of arriving in this place. Hell, it took him over a week to get over the shock of it all. It probably helped that he didn't have to deal with all of this alone for too long. Scott had shown up not too long after his arrival. "Probably somebody from the welcoming community. Someone talked to me when I first arrived," he explained. Although, that wasn't the thing that got him. The whole Alpha pack shit just happened for her, but it had been a few years for him. He wondered if he should say something now or maybe hold off and let her settle in more before dropping the big bombshell on her.
"Me?" he asked as he finally let go of Erica and took a step back. "I've been here for five months. Scott, too. I think Cora has been here for a few months. And then there's you." He was starting to babble. He knew it. But he couldn't help it. She made him a tiny bit nervous. Even more so when he still wasn't sure if he should tell her that she's dead back at home. "I do? How so?"
