Adaine will have probably stopped by at some point, maybe bringing Fabian if he wants to go, Sara? This isn't totally her scene, but she likes food and will probably chat with friends and wallflower during dancing and such things unless someone talks her into it. She definitely didn't not dress the part, but allowed for glowsticks and what have you to be adorned upon her.
Orym is having Moon Feelings, so he would have tagged along with Dorian for distraction purposes once Chetney seemed fine. Generally not his scene, but he would have let loose a bit and just had a good time until things went wacky. He also was not dressed accordingly, but what can you do.
Pete was there, too! Again, probably not dressed properly because he doesn't really know how to do that. My characters are nerds. Anyway, he would have had a fun time and left whenever his brother did, so as to not ruin the fun of the plot. ;)
Vax would have maybe gone by for a bit at some point? Just to see what it was about. He'd have tried to talk people into going with, so feel free to use him as your reason if you want. He accidentally was dressed correctly, once he got some glowing additions.
