It's a pretty rampant field where I'm from. Sometimes far too easy to get caught up in.

I mean there are teachers I guess, but dad didn't see it as beyond a hobby.

All kinds of stuff, my dad was the Mayor. I mostly just went to school sometimes. Some people worked at Grid Battle Force which was kind of a military op sort of shtick. Janitors were around, engineers, techs. Just didn't have much choice of picking martial arts to make any money on my own.

Nothing wrong with sticking to school while you still have that opportunity, but that'd be entirely hypocritical of me to push. But what was up with the military schtick? Threats around town, or more of an enforce the population to comply sorta deal?

Some weird space bugs with international politics stuff that had issue with a teammate of mine. Anyway, I ate roasted space lizard. So that about sums up that experience.

Yeah, never really understood it. Martial arts isn't about fighting, that's just some bonus content. I don't go picking fights unless I have no choice.


He's the mayor, so image is kind of a big deal I guess.

It's given me confidence, if your teacher is worth their salt (p.s mine wasn't, he was a dickhead. But that's another story-) it's about building character and knowing when to stand up for something and when not to.

Yeahhh it's all about image and keeping face and crap. Hah. Modern Jedi? That's new one.
