In Vallo? There are several packs, with all different kinds of werewolves. Some friendly, some not.

There's a few Outlander werewolves, I'm pretty sure. But I don't think they have any ties with each other. Maybe check with Kate Danvers? She's been around a while, I think she's done some digging into local packs. There's also a coven of witches that have some members who have spirits of werewolves in their bodies. Kind of like a ride along. Ankou Coven.
