It has basically everything a boarding school would. The lower levels are where we as X-Men once trained, and there are lab spaces as well - and a space to house Cerebro. There's also a graveyard, which did not make the trip as far as I can tell.
There are few people I'd rather stay up late and start electrical fires with, doctor.
