If anyone has questions about an incredibly tall and new building sprouting up in Vallo City, it's mine. Back home I took over my family's company and invested in several up and coming ventures and now it's - fairly empty so that's odd to me. I'm working on setting up leases for office rental rentals and perhaps some food and beverage hot spots on the first floor. Please spare me the Starbucks Franchise, I am not doing that.

And if there's anyone here interested in some space for whatever ventures, do let me know. My own personal laboratory is in there and I can assure you this building can house several of them. There's a lot of potential.

I'm also interested to see if anyone has any leads for construction/remodeling? Magic or manual labor is fine with me. Morningside's nice but apparently I've become more a long-term stay citizen and am looking to convert the top floor into a penthouse. I'll pay upfront.

Are you interested in becoming an official roommate? Somehow we started cohabitating and I'm not bothered by it.

I'm always on the hunt for more laboratory space! I've been picking up projects but don't necessarily want to mix them, at S.T.A.R. Labs, with my own projects.

And many congratulations on your building finding its way here - we will have to celebrate somehow (not with Starbucks).

I'd be happy to offer whatever space you need. I have several floors that need filling, otherwise it stays empty. I'll probably look into some investments I can house too.

Thank you. It's good to have a lot of my work here to refer to and if you want to take a peek at the set up, we can do that over non-Starbucks coffee.

That seems wise, utilizing the space for a variety of purposes. And a penthouse there too - one you can design to your liking!

Yes, I'd love to do that. Anytime today or tomorrow, perhaps? I can even stop for coffee - we both take ours similarly.

I don't know about rennovating an entire penthouse, but I'm good at smaller projects.

Neal at the B&B can vouch for my work and the fact that I once fixed an elevator he was stuck in.

Ohhh, I would definitely be interested in that. Would you take up work on a contractual basis?

This building does have several elevators too, I'll know who to call for maintenance and rescue.
