Separate owls to Emmeline Vance and Derek Dobbs
Two nearly identical packages arrive at Emmeline and Derek's doors, the wrapping smeared quite obviously with blood.

In Emmeline's package, the wand-handle to Caradoc's wand is found. In Derek's, the blasting end. The middle portion is absent from either package.

Each has a note scrawled hastily on torn parchment:
