I'm glad that you are being upfront about your ADD and dyslexic. There's absolutely nothing wrong with having either. Many people think that doctors have to be perfect. That we can't be afflicted with anything that our patients will be dealing with but they're wrong. We are as human as everyone else on this planet.
Be prepared for people, sometimes even patients or fellow colleagues, to tell you that you can't be a doctor with ADD or dyslexia. I hope that you don't get discouraged by that and know that there's nothing that you can't do. In fact, my mentor back home has Aspergers and he's the best damn cardiothoracic surgeon out there. I wouldn't be the doctor that I am today had I not met him.
