Well the wardrobe from my dreams that just showed up in one of my guest rooms is going to come in handy the next few months. My biodad is getting some honors for his career and humanitarian efforts, and he wants me to go with him to the ceremonies and dinners here in California. So all those dresses that have just been hanging in there are going to get some use. Now to just figure out what to do with my hair and makeup for them. No. No. I'm not at all using this to distract myself from the fact that I haven't found someone to oversee my internship yet

I still like my suggestion of wearing them to school, alternating with PJs to keep the professors guessing.

I've worked a few of them into my class wear. Not the ballgown types but some of the more dressy ones. Just because I felt like it that day.

But ball gowns and pajamas would make for the ultimate confusing combination. Make them think it's all you own.

Then you'll have to take my word for it - they are nightmares to sit in. And that's on regular furniture not classroom furniture.

I assume it's the same for all formal wear, really. But I don't have any tuxes to confuse professors with. ...Do need to put a deposit down to rent one for later this year though.
