I wound up hitting up the community college for what I wanted to do. My parents and teachers weren't thrilled at the idea at first but the program WAS the best around for what I wanted so that was a plus. Anyway, community colleges are pretty awesome places to get started if you're not sure what you want to do yet. PLUS they have a lot of programs that'll get you a job when you come out at the end of two years as opposed to you waiting around for four. Okay, so the degree isn't as high but in a lot of the fields they offer, it doesn't need to be. You might want to think about it anyway.
