It seems to happen with some frequency, yes. Or at least, I would say, that those who dream of being injured often wake up in similar fashion. But I do not have enough knowledge yet to say if this is always true. And we know that a mortal wound does not often kill a person, since there are many here who have died already in their dream worlds.
