In my dreams last night, a cataclysm hit Azeroth. A gigantic dragon, the former Aspect of Earth, broke free from his prison, causing earthquakes, tsunamis, Elemental powered volcanoes and numerous other disasters. Even him just flying overhead destroyed whole swaths of land.

The upheaval was terrible. According to my research and sources, if Deathwing is not stopped the entire planet is toast.

	There are different kinds of dragons. The leaders of the flights were granted exceptional power. They became Aspects. Aspect of Life, Magic, Nature, Time and Earth. The Aspect of Earth became corrupted. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

These aspects were empowered by beings called the Titans. We know very little about them, though a Dwarf named Brann has been studying them.

Having personally met the Aspects of Life and Time, and knowing those who have communicated with the Dreamer, I can tell you that they are not mad.

This madness manifests fairly obviously visually and usually quickly. Deathwing went mad over ten thousand years ago and is wholly evil. The other Aspects have been sane and protecting the world ever since.

Malygos, the aspect of Magic, I might worry about a little bit. He nearly lost his whole flight and Deathwing had driven him insane for a short time.

His sanity was restored, but I believe that he now views mortal magic users as a threat to the stability of the planet. That might not end well.

But it nothing like Deathwing.

	I will not say Malygos is not a threat. That would be like saying I am not a threat, or some of my friends are not threats under the right circumstances. But I believe he is sane. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
