So if someone gets poisoned in the dreams and then starts to feel sick, how do they know if the poison crossed over or if they are getting sick?

On that note, if the way to deal with said poison was to have someone use their chi to burn it away, is there something comparable to that here? ~~I can't believe I actually wish Danny or Bakuto were here~~

Unfortunately there’s usually a pretty good chance that Dream injuries or sicknesses will bleed over. I’ve never heard of anyone dying cause of a dream illness or poisoning though. In my experience it’ll usually run it’s course once it ends in the dreams. However, if you want, I can check you out. We have a clinic to make it easier on Dreamers who end up with dream related things like this. If you can’t come, I could come to you.

I can say that I know of at least one case where someone did die due to dream things. However, I'm not a medical doctor like Martha there, but I have a machine that can help analyze the poison so that an antidote can be made. Or there could be another way, depending on how fast-acting this poison is, of course. What are your symptoms, by the way? Bleeding from the eyes? Heart palpitations? Sweating?

That's why I asked just in case. As for how fast acting....I want to say that it didn't start acting up in the dreams until a few hours after a flight from China to New York and then a few more hours before it was realized to be poison and not just feeling sick....

Currently my symptoms of cramping, heart palpitations, and sweating. If it is the poison and follows the path of the dreams, it should be another couple of hours before the poison starts to reach my brain or heart.

That is something that it's not a poison that only takes minutes before you're dead. Gives us some time. Though, when did you start feeling the symptoms in this world?

As long as there's no one who's not privy to these Dreams around, I can come to you with my machine. It's rather portable, thankfully. Just don't be shocked upon seeing a blue police box materialize in your place. I do need a specific address though. Latitude and longitude would be better, but I can make do with an address.
