Unfortunately there’s usually a pretty good chance that Dream injuries or sicknesses will bleed over. I’ve never heard of anyone dying cause of a dream illness or poisoning though. In my experience it’ll usually run it’s course once it ends in the dreams. However, if you want, I can check you out.
