Hey, Lucky for you, I happen to know of a good, spacious property that recently went up for sale.

No one was actually murdered in my house, this is a completely fair transaction. You need a place to host Logan's Home for Wayward Girls and I need to get rid of a house I can't-- don't really need to own.

All of that space, you know? What the hell was I gonna do with four bedrooms? I had plans to turn one into a safe room but it just never seemed like a good time.

I just moved into a house a few months ago. I haven't had a yard since I was a kid. I don't think I appreciated it enough when I had it back then. It's really nice to have, even if we do have to do a whole lot of work to keep it nice looking.
