I can confirm if you fucking die in your dreams you don't die in real life.

The final task was to kill three people in cold blood. If I did that, the Fae would be free.

And I did it. But I never specified when they'd be free. Never make a deal with the Fae.

But I won, and that pissed her off. So she tried to kill me. I'm really lucky I didn't wake up with every bone in my body broken.

But I get the last laugh. Before all this started, she told me if I could solve a riddle, I'd win instantly.

I gave her the right answer with my dying breath.

It was stupid easy, but when you're illiterate it takes more time I guess.

Well... winning and dying is better than winning and... still losing, at least.

But that is like, super evil. Don't put me down for making deals with any kind of fey people.

Took me forever to figure it out. I didn't realize until I was staring death in the face, watching Rhysand fling himself at the bitch and Tamlin fight for his life.

There seems like a lot of that 'for a price' or 'for a deal' stuff going on in your dreams.

... but I like... really get this. There's a lot of stuff I wished I'd figured out in my own dreams sooner. Like the fact that Pyrrha was in love with me, or what she was freaking out about, or why there was a woman in a tank in the basement, or what was going on with- any of that, really.

Instead she just ran off to die and I still have no clue about anything.

You know, I really did try. But it was all kinds of- bad, not very good ness, since she woke up with a hole in her throat and then there was recovering and-

She mainly just keeps telling me it was her choice.

Choices are good, she chose to go up there, she was muttering something about destiny before that, and all I know is me, bumbling idiot Jaune, couldn't be trusted with information or - really, helping her at all, which isn't wrong, that' fair, I'm awful at helping. But you know, she sent me away. Like, really far away. I am kinda getting a case of claustrophobia from the many many times I've been shoved in a weapons locker and teleported to random coordinates.

The weirdest thing was the last thing I remember is watching myself die through someone else's eyes. Someone who loved me deeply. Poor Tamlin.

It was more like.. beat three tasks or solve the riddle to free the Fae from the evil queen.

I beat all three tasks, she got pissed and killed me after pointing out the only time she said she'd immediately free everyone was if I solved the riddle.

I figured it out just before I died and freed them.

I was dead if I failed anyway. I was dead if I refused to do the tests.

I did all the tests expecting to die.

The last test was kind of the worse, even if I didn't get hurt during it.
