Sure - it's my grandma's, make pie crusts however you prefer then:
Place sliced peaches in a large bowl, and sprinkle with lemon juice. mix carefully, so not to bruise your peaches. In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup sugar [though i use brown sugar], 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Pour over the peaches, and mix gently. Then pour into pie crusts, cover with second crust or lattice the second crust.
Bake for 10 minutes at 450, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 30 to 35 minutes, until the crust is brown and the juice begins to bubble through the vents. Use tinfoil to prevent the crust from browning too much.
