I always love when somebody starts trying to dictate to me how I should run my class. It was exactly what I’d been missing since I started there - another instructor, who’s never even been in one of my classes and doesn’t even teach the same style that I do, coming to tell me exactly what I’m doing wrong. Look. If the owner doesn’t have a problem with how I teach and my students aren’t dropping, then I can’t be messing up too badly. So how about you go bother someone who actually gives a shit what your unqualified opinion is.

He's got some pull with people but I doubt the owner's one of them. And even if he is - I got hired before I moved here so clearly they like what I do.
