Some of the Oscars outfits are so beautiful, I am incredibly jealous! I think the red carpet is actually my favourite part :)

I think Jennifer Lawrence looked the best. Her dress, hair and makeup were all perfect and looked so good on her! She is definitely my top choice for best dressed of the night.

I couldn't even imagine what it's like being in the public eye like that and scrutinized for everything you do.

Actually, I kind of can imagine it since I'm in the public eye often in my dreams.

It's not as glamorous as people think, my dreams are set in an almost medieval kind of time so everybody wants the throne which means murder and politics and that kind of thing.

Oh I bet being a superhero is amazing though! Even with the reporters.

Fair enough.

I came out here with my mum and decided to stay when she went back. I was training to be a beautician so I didn't want to leave. And I have friends here and a fiancé too.

I know right!? I also think there were a lot less awful dresses this year, like only a handful lookeda bit dodgy and usually there are a lot. People were bringing their A game.

Thank goodness we're in an age where elegant is being preferred over the hideous. I mean, you can definitely stand out, but you can do so in a non tacky way.
