I get to start shooting scenes! That is amazing. I can't do the big stuff yet, even if I could totally pull them off, but I get to start. This is AWESOME! Now the storm can go away.

You're a stunt man, right? That must be exciting. Do you at least get to do anything inside while the storm's on?

I'm just starting but yeah. I'm really excited for the whole thing. We are working inside the studio on some. It's green screen stuff too, so lots of fun.

Green screen stuff? Does that mean you have to stare at something like a tennis ball and pretend it's a car about to hit you?

No. You perform against a green backdrop and then graphics are added later.

So, what were you doing before? I thought you were shooting scenes...or is that not how being a stuntman works?

Training for them. I had to get all the safety precautions, and trial runs, and I had to shadow a few of the guys that have been there for years. You don't just jump in.

Ah, gotcha. You didn't say that before...I lack the knowledge of that kind of job, dude.

Nah. Even though I'm good at this stuff, they have to go through each aspect. It's like being in school. You go through every single bit unless you have previous studio experience. Literally, one accident can be a huge legal issue, so they have to go through it. So now I get to do my first live scene, which is very cool. I get to jump onto a mat from four stories.

Oh, I had no idea, man. Although, I suppose it makes sense, now that you have explained.

It's a big deal, and it's also contracted so they don't get sued. I love it though. Every day is a new rush.

There is a whole team devoted to safe car crashes - can you believe that? It's awesome. You have to visit the set and watch.

Safe car crashes? Sounds like an oxymoron...just keep me posted on when I can accompany you.
