Considering I rarely need to sleep now, aside from reading, I have been watching considerably more Netflix than I used to. I was never a big tv watcher, but when I finish a book and don't have another one to start there are only so many things I can do when Will and Tessa are asleep. Tonight I watched this interesting little documentary about cats called The Lion in Your Living Room. It was all about how cats have evolved into the domesticated cats we have as pets. The thing that amused me tonight was that Church joined me. Church rarely wants anything to do with other cats, but tonight he was sitting on the couch with me, watching it. Perhaps he simply missed me while I was in New York earlier this month and wanted some attention.

Animals can be incredible sensitive creatures. I would imagine he did miss you whole you were away.

How lovely. I admit I've considered a pet recently but my boyfriend and I do travel quite a bit.

You definitely want to make sure you have enough time to devote to a pet, if you're going to get one.

Of course. I never really understand why people don't do that, there are so many animals who need loving homes.
