Okay. Have slept since last time and haven't been deleted out of existence. And I've had another dream.



I'm not sure what happened, but like...whatever the weird blackness was, it was gone all of a sudden. The flower wasn't there either. Just the kid, and all of us. Safe and sound. We finally got properly introduced to everyone. The kid's named Frisk. That person I told jokes to in Snowdin? Her name's Toriel and she...well I guess she's technically the queen still but she abandoned the throne. Her jokes are still horrible though, it's awesome.

And the barrier's gone too. I don't know what the kid did but we're all free. They went to go say their goodbyes to everyone in the Underground. They looked a little sad when they came back, I'm not sure why. They don't really talk much. But they led us to the surface, finally.

I'm never gonna forget how that felt again. Seeing sunlight for the first time. I'm gonna see sun so much different now, honestly, after all this. Thinking I might have to wake up to see all of the sunrises now. I haven't been appreciating them enough.

It is. I don't think I ever really thought I'd get it down there, before Frisk. It just seemed like a far off pipe dream type of thing. I'm pretty realistic, for a fantasy creature.

Sunlight is beautiful. I seriously can't wait to see it tomorrow.

It's definitely not something I'd wish on anyone. I hope you're safe, for what it's worth.

I'm thinking I'm gonna. I'll probably fall right back asleep because my body isn't used to functioning that early unless I've pulled an all-nighter, but at least I'll see it.

I always am, dude. It's a Frisk you take being around me, though I don't know how you could live a life Sans humor.

Not as far as I know, unfortunately. I've never met anyone else. Well, I know my brother but he hasn't mentioned anything about dreams and I'm pretty sure a dream where he's a heroic skeleton with a cool costume is exactly the type of thing he'd mention. Looks like I'm all alone.

Are those the names of your dream friends? If so, it works.

Most of my friends here are in mine. My cousins and my girl are all in. A family who slays together - you know. Maybe some of them will come along.

You guys do a lot of slaying around then? It'd be fun to get to know some of them in this world. Especially Undyne, I feel like she can't be anything but entertaining.

When the OC lights up, we get busy. I kind of love the little events they have. Please open a portal to hell, and I'm all over it. We haven't seen the stuff we deal with yet, but I'm waiting.

I'm not super fond of them myself, I'm not a super strong dude and I don't have any way to protect myself. Hell portals can stay away in my opinion. But I'm glad someone enjoys them. What kind of stuff do you deal with so I know who to call if I find it?

I'm tall and thin, but I am fast, and clever with weapons. I got some serious moves. I didn't even know I had them until the dreams.

We are shadowhunters. We deal with demons and other supernatural things. These things that came from the portals are right in our wheelhouse.

Yeah I figured out how to teleport from the dreams, which was a pretty moving experience. Seems they're pretty good for teaching you cool stuff, huh?

It's more like the moves are just there. We train a lot, to get it down, but my reflexes went on overdrive after I started dreaming.
