You really should, otherwise you might think 'this won't take long' and before you know it, you've worked all day without a break.
You might want to try some Ginger Ale too. Some of the ladies at the OBGYN I went to swore by it. That whole pickles and ice cream thing? I craved that at one point and time. I also craved a lot of deep fried foods, and I don't tend to eat a lot of those.
