I can't believe how great this place is! The other day I got to go on an adventure with my close friend Anna! We were looking for Santa, and trying to figure out where in the Orange County he might have been, and while we were looking for him, we ran into Rudolph and a couple other of Santa's reindeer! Rudolph didn't know where Santa was exactly, but he and his friends let us climb on them and then they flew us right to the mountains. It kind of makes sense that Santa would be in the mountains, because it's always snowy up there, not like down here where it's never snowy. (At least, I always assume that mountain peaks are snowy! All the ones I've been on are! Though maybe California's too warm for that.)
And flying is amazing guys! I mean actually flying, not like on a plane or anything. Though I bet planes are fun too. You can probably look out the window and see all the teeny tiny houses below you. It was kind of like that, but instead we got to feel the wind in our hair, and there were birds that flew with us for a while, and it was just perfect.
But Rudolph and the other reindeer had to leave us because they had some very important reindeer business to attend to, so Anna and I went looking around the mountain for Santa. Instead, we ran into the Abominable Snowman! He kind of looks like Santa, I guess. They're both fat and have a lot of white hair and I guess you could say the abominable snowman has a beard? Anyway, he chased us all around the mountain, but Anna and I fended him off by throwing a barrage of snowballs in his face. Rudolph came back too to come help us, since he sensed we were in trouble.
So Anna and I threw snowballs and Rudolph flew and kicked at him until he was at the very edge of a cliff on the mountains. I saw my opportunity, and Rudolph and I both charged him and then he fell off the mountain, and then Rudolph gave us a ride back down. It was really, really great.
I guess there are some downsides to living here though. Living in a bouncy castle was a lot of fun for a while. Even when I popped my bed it wasn't so bad because the floor is still nice and squishy. But I popped the couch today, and I kind of really miss walking on solid ground. And I miss not needing to worry about accidentally popping a hole in the furniture. I wonder if I popped a wall if the ceiling would fall down. That could be kind of interesting, I guess.
Anyway, does anyone know how I can turn my apartment into an apartment again instead of a big bouncy castle?
