I really wish this dream would stop repea

Well that was a disappointing meeting yesterday. "Your module proposal was rejected because the chosen literature does not meet the requirements for an advanced course."

Then again, the ridiculous requirements and emphasis on test scores and not learning probably have something to do with that. I mean, Chinboy and i have had this conversation before, on what constitutes a 'classic' or why other books are considered to be one or the other. I would think that challenging ideas or looking at themes in a new way and how they can help shape us would fall into the whole idea of expanding knowledge and personal growth. There is more than just ticking off certain books on some arbitrary list if you ask me.
