I imagine your job to be very stressful then, especially since you also work with Tony Stark. Reading is supposed to have many health benefits, several of which could help your employees: mental stimulation, improved knowledge, improved analytical skills, better focus and concentration and improved writing technique. I've long thought that companies should encourage their employees to read as a way to relax.
In fact, would you be amenable to discussing some kind of literary exchange service? Sort of like a library? I'm developing a small section of my store which is like a book swap area. People can bring in books which they've read and pass them on so others can enjoy them. All I'm planning on asking for this is a small voluntary donation per book they swap.
