I just stuck the knife right in, real fast, bam bam bam down the row. You get a good finger-hold in there, and enough of a first slice in under the skin, you can yank it clean off. They got a lot of fuzz though and once it gets gunked up, it's kinda hard to wrangle. Burning the hair off worked pretty well too, if you have a gas range.
