I've had squirrel before so...maybe like that just minus the bones. They're kinda squishy that way. It's like dealing with a chicken breast, covered in carpet. Once you get the fuzz off, though, and take a peek in there, it's not to hard to figure out what's what, and start pulling the parts out that don't look edible.
I mean, it's a critter. It's gotta take a crap and pass babies out of it. It ain't rocket science once you cut it open and take a peeksie inside.
Definitely needs seasoning though. If they ain't seasoned up enough, like Miss Raven said, they're a little on the bland side.
