I have had the most boring day at work today. We're finishing a project and I've had to move files on the system and type the same note on each one over and over and over again. And of course I can't copy and paste because I need to fill in a spreadsheet of each and every case I work! ARGH!

Randomly, has anyone else woken up from one of the Dreams suffering from some sort of paralysis? I dreamt I fired an arrow with a cable attached to it at a shield encompassing the arena I was competing in, but as I did lighting stuck and electrified it. I was thrown back and that's when I woke up. But for a couple of minutes I was mostly paralysed. All I could do was look up at the ceiling and breathe. It seriously freaked me out!

	Well, we've both been foolish in assuming things then. No one told me you were around until Haymitch emerged from the shadows one day. But yes, been around for about five months. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Peeta, I've been running from these Dreams for a long time. They terrify me and everytime I meet someone from them here I freak out. Just ask Portia and Haymitch. I just did when you replied and Haymitch had to talk me down. Because if you're here, then what's to stop Snow from being here and that's...too much. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

That is not the Katniss I know. You shouldn't be running from things because the moment you do then you're letting these Dreams win. They can't run your life. And I can't believe you've be terrified to meet people from the Dreams, that's just ~~pathetic~~ sad. Hiding yourself away isn't going to help your fear. I don't think I'd be able to get through this without being friends with people like Johanna, Gale, Annie, and Finnick.

And Snow would never show his face around here. If he did then he's in for a rude awakening when there is a group of people here who would kill him in an instant and I have no issue being the one to pull the trigger.

You don't know me Peeta, that's the point. I don't particularly care about letting the Dreams 'win'. I care about being able to sleep through the night, to get through the day without the smell of roses haunting me, to look at Haymitch and Portia and not think about the pressure they're under trying to help us get through that hellish place and the guilt when things went wrong.

I'm glad you've had them all to help you like Haymitch and Portia have helped me, and maybe now that we've all found each other we can move on together, but I'm pretty sure we all cope in different ways. I haven't figured out a coping strategy yet, I Dream, I freak out, Haymitch or Portia calm me down, repeat. I'm sorry if that's not to your liking, but I'm doing the best damn job I can to get by without having a meltdown every other day.

As for Snow, you may think he'll never show his face but I can only go on what's come before. You, me, Gale, Portia, Haymitch, the others...looking at the list...it only seems like a matter of time.

I know I don't know you, but anyone cowering because of the Dreams is not something I want anyone to go through. And trust me, I know far more about freaking out due to memories, real or not, than you possibly realize. I went a long time where every single day was a struggle to just be myself. ~~So don't act like I'm so rude for not understanding you~~

We're all going through the same thing. And I know people cope in different ways, but you can certainly reach out to the rest of us. I can't reach out to you if I have no idea that you even exist, which didn't happen until Haymitch mentioned it.

Like I said, if he shows up then he's going to die. None of us are going to sit here and let that man be part of this. But honestly, I've got enough going on that I'm not going to waste even a second thinking about that man - he is not worth it.
