A lot of things are fine in moderation. It's when people start eating entire Costco size bags of chips in one sitting when problems start. Pretty much. There's only so much that we can do for them if they don't want to change. It's like someone who won't quit smoking even though they've got lung cancer in their immediate family history. I do too, but at some point, you just have to abandon ship and tell yourself you did everything you could. I've heard a lot of those people end up working in labs instead of hospitals.
