[Filtered to the people Edward Elric is helping]
If I find out that the reason my nephew snuck out and then didn't come home last night was because he was helping you lot with who the hell knows what you are going to be very sorry.

If he doesn't come home soon you will find the authorities knocking at your door.

No need for the dramatics. He's safe and sound, and stubbornly insisted on assisting with a slight...problem.

Dramatics? He's fifteen years old. You should have sent him home.

I know exactly what he thinks he can do to help and if he gets hurt because of it I am holding you all responsible.

Look, Miss. I understand your concern, and I would have never put him in a position which would grant him harm. What he did was done safely with assistance under supervision, but if you were so concerned with his safety, perhaps you should have kept a better eye on him if that's the case, hmm?

And of course, the police will be all over this matter, considering the increasing crime rate and gun wars out in our very own streets.

Point is, that he is safe, and we are thankful for his assistance. He helped save a life, and that won't be forgotten.

Don't patronise me. Ed doesn't know what he can do so don't try and feed me some line about guaranteeing his safety. And you obviously don't have children if you think it's that easy. Especially a child like Ed

Just stay away from him.

Oh, yes, of course, you clearly know enough about the situation and what went on, and know quite a few things about me to make the assumption I'm some child endangering monster, darling.

Perhaps you should stop treating him like a toddler and listen to him, if you'd rather him be honest with you about his activities and whereabouts.

But what do I know? I obviously don't have children.

I don't know or care about your situation. What I care about is my nephew. Do you even understand what he can do? Because he doesn't. So if you know the exact risks he's taking please enlighten us both.

I did listen to him and I told him I wasn't comfortable with him helping you because of the risks involved.

He obviously lied to me to help you behind my back, did he tell you that? Did you know and ignore the fact that an underage child was sneaking around against his guardians will?

His practice isn't a foreign concept to myself and others, and while we certainly don't have the same 'dreamscape,' we know enough to understand and educate him on his new found skill - it's similar to ours. Any risks can be controlled with practice, but if you'd also prefer him to try things on his own without any help, well. More power to you.

And he did, actually. You don't understand the larger picture, and quite frankly, I don't care if you or don't. He wasn't in danger. You're upset because your teenager did what teenagers do and not listen to...whatever you are to him.

Your concern isn't misplaced, however, so if you'd like to continue and throw a tantrum, please feel free to do so, if it helps you sleep at night.

I want him to practice and gain control but not by performing something so dangerous when he's only just started dreaming and certainly not with people who would let him do such a thing.

So you ignored it for your own gain. And you wonder why I'm so upset?

No what is going to help me sleep at night is ensuring you come no where near him again.

Oh, for the love of god.

Are we discussing the whole Philosopher's stone scenario? The one with the hundreds of souls? Because he didn't perform anything like that, nor was it 'so dangerous' as you describe - and he wasn't alone.

But you're quite welcome, because I obviously forced him into doing something he didn't do and harmed him in the process for my own gain.
