I can imagine. I guess all we can hope for when we have to make choices like that is that we make the best choice we can. What's hard is that sometimes the best choice and the right one aren't always the same.
Eventually, I'm going to have to try and figure out what's going on, what I am and what that means, but right now I don't know. I'm scared.
That's true, and sometimes it makes sense to remember the bad because it can safe your life. It's an evolutionary thing, and it's why your amygdala and your memory holds onto fears and dangers stronger than other things. But I also don't think that instinct is always right here, especially because there are too many variables.
